Job summary

Aldar Properties is seeking an experienced Application Operations Leader in Abu Dhabi to own the run-side of the Group's applications, ensuring availability, performance, and end-to-end service delivery across subsidiaries. You will direct outsourced managed services and enforce clear handover from delivery teams to operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years in application operations, managed services or IT service management leadership within large organizations.
• Minimum of 2+ years of managerial experience in a related field.
• Experience with outsourced managed services and service-delivery governance.

Responsibilities

• Own application operations across the Group's estate: availability, performance, incident and problem management.
• Direct outsourced IT Managed Services for application support with clear SLAs and performance management.
• Own the onboarding and handover model from delivery into operations with readiness criteria.
• Manage service delivery against SLAs with transparent reporting and improvements.
• Drive shift-left, self-healing, monitoring and automation to reduce incidents.
• Build and lead the application services team and develop Emiratization objectives.
