Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial services with hands-on AI/digitization projects.
• Strong understanding of AI, data science and business process transformation.
• Ability to drive change across organizational levels and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Align with Digitilization and AI strategy of Personal Banking credit; plan roadmaps and prioritize initiatives.
• Partner with business teams to promote digitization and provide progress updates for steerco meetings.
• Support other credit segments in their digitization agenda and initiatives.
• Take ownership of full lifecycle from ideation to implementation.
• AI initiatives should drive portfolio analytics highlighting risks and opportunities for growth.
• Work with risk teams on advanced AI-driven lending models.
