Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a senior leader to align and execute the digitization and AI strategy for Personal Banking credit. You will plan roadmaps, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and partner across business teams to advance digitization programs.

In this role you will own initiatives end to end, drive AI projects for portfolio analytics, and collaborate with risk teams to build advanced AI models for lending, ensuring risk-aware growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services, with AI/digitization projects.
• Hands-on experience delivering digitization and AI initiatives.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and mentoring ability.
