Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) seeks an experienced Senior Automation Engineer to lead test automation, DevOps practices, and AI-enabled validation across Group IT. You will define, design, and enhance enterprise-grade automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines, while evaluating and integrating new tools into the FAB landscape.

You will implement automation, RPA, and AI-driven solutions across service lines, ensuring scalable and data-driven approaches.

Qualifications

• Experience with Selenium Java-based automation for web and mobile applications.
• Proven ability to design and implement test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with IBM RIT or related service virtualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and design enterprise-grade test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Embed AI-enabled validation and decisioning to support shift-left quality controls.
• Implement and support test automation, RPA, and AI-driven automation solutions across service lines.
