Qualifications

• Desired experience in sales, customer service, immigration or visa consultancy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional, confident approach.
• Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion and client-handling skills.
• Ability to generate leads, follow up, and convert prospects into clients.
• Target-oriented with ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients.
• Good understanding of customer needs with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to explain immigration/visa services clearly and professionally.
• CRM familiarity is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and in a team; positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Contact potential clients and understand immigration, visa, and relocation requirements.
• Explain suitable immigration programs, visa options, eligibility criteria, and services.
• Conduct consultations and convert leads into clients through effective sales techniques.
• Follow up regularly with prospective clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and explain quotations, service packages, and payment plans.
• Coordinate with immigration consultants and documentation teams to ensure smooth processing.
• Collect and verify required client documents and information.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, client status, and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Handle client questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding their application/process status.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and generate referrals.
• Stay updated on changes in visa rules, immigration programs, and documentation requirements.
