Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Visa Expert role based in Al Ain. The Visa Expert will guide clients through visa and immigration procedures, from initial consultation to application submission and follow-up. Responsibilities include reviewing documentation for accuracy, advising on eligibility and required forms, preparing and organizing application files, and tracking application statuses with relevant authorities. The role involves responding to client inquiries, explaining regulations and timelines, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of visa rules for multiple destinations, and documenting each case in internal systems. The Visa Expert will also support process improvements, coordinate with other team members, and uphold confidentiality and compliance standards in all client interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of visa application processes, immigration regulations, and documentation requirements across multiple countries.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly and professionally.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in reviewing forms, supporting documents, and eligibility criteria.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and case management or CRM systems, with the ability to maintain precise records.
• Ability to work on-site in Al Ain, collaborate with a team, and adapt to changing visa rules and regulatory updates.
• Prior experience in visa services, travel and tourism, immigration consultancy, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, law, international relations, or a similar discipline is an advantage.
