Baoli Dubai is seeking a polished VIP Waitress to deliver exceptional service to our VIP guests across day-to-night service. You will maintain discretion, anticipate needs, and coordinate with bartenders, kitchen, and floor management to ensure seamless VIP flow.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years' experience in luxury hospitality, with a strong emphasis on VIP/fine dining standards and the ability to stay composed during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Waitress/Server within luxury hotels, beach clubs, or high-end hospitality venues.
• Strong understanding of VIP/fine dining service standards and etiquette.
• Ability to remain composed and attentive during high-volume, fast-paced peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, high-standard food and beverage service to VIP tables, cabanas, and sunbeds.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain a proactive, discreet presence throughout service.
• Coordinate closely with bartenders, kitchen, and floor management to ensure seamless VIP table flow.
• Maintain accurate order-taking and billing for VIP sections.
• Build rapport with VIP guests, regulars, and hosts to enhance repeat visits.
• Maintain immaculate table presentation and setup throughout service, including resets during the day-to-night transition.
• Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing standards.
