Qualifications

• Experience with POS systems and handling guest requests and complaints.
• Friendly, open personality with excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent professional service of all food and beverage offerings in accordance with hotel SOPs and brand standards.
• Support the Supervisor in meeting service quality and guest satisfaction goals.
• Act as liaison between kitchen and service team for timely, accurate order delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across dining areas.
• Upsell to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue.
• Attend pre-shift briefings and collaborate with other departments to ensure guest preferences are met.
