Qualifications

• Previous experience of 1-2 years in a Luxury Hotel environment as a VIP Waiter / Waitress is a plus.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Energetic, engaging conversationalist with strong guest focus.
• Hands-on attitude with attention to detail and ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and team members.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets VIP Guests with a warm Five-styled welcome and ensures a sensational journey.
• Acknowledges guest preferences and maintains guest history records for personalized service.
• Takes and delivers food and beverage orders, considering dietary requirements.
• Suggests menus and recommendations based on guest preferences and ingredient availability.
• Upholds standards, provides personalized service, and escalates concerns when needed.
• Processes billing and payments in line with company procedures.
• Supports collaborative service with the F&B team to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Assists in table setup and maintains dining area cleanliness and ambiance.
• Upholds hygiene and safety standards in all tasks and operates with a proactive mindset.
• Utilizes sales techniques to upsell bespoke services and promotional offerings.
