Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Shuttle Operations Supervisor to oversee daily shuttle services in Abu Dhabi. You will plan routes, schedule drivers, and monitor performance to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2–3 years in transportation or fleet supervision (hospitality preferred), strong leadership, and knowledge of local traffic laws. UAE driving license preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; transportation or logistics certification is a plus.
2–3 years of experience in transportation or fleet supervision, preferably in hospitality.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Knowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Responsibilities

Oversee shuttle operations including scheduling and route planning.
Monitor driver performance and safety compliance.
Inspect shuttle vehicles for cleanliness and readiness.
Address guest inquiries and resolve transport issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain records of schedules, mileage, fuel usage and maintenance.
Collaborate with other departments for events and peak times.
Train and mentor shuttle drivers on policies, customer service and safety.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company guidelines.
Report incidents, accidents or maintenance issues to Transportation Manager.
