Job summary

ENNISMORE is seeking a skilled sales and guest relations professional in Abu Dhabi. You will liaise with cross-department teams to tailor client experiences, manage special arrangements, and prepare sales documents through the sales cycle.

From handling inquiries to coordinating site visits and VIP guest interactions, you will drive high standards of service, accuracy, and relationship-building with clients and travel partners in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required; luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Experience with Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Excellent telephone etiquette; strong initiative and proactive attitude.
• Proficient proofreading and editing of budgets, schedules and reports.

Responsibilities

• Communicates client preferences to cross-departmental teams
• Review and action any special arrangements
• Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
• Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries
• Process site visits and property tours
• Maintain event bookings and file creation information
• Assist with travel agent rates, complimentary stays and site inspections
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and travel agency partners
• Attend departmental and property meetings as required
• Greet and assist VIP clients and industry guests
