Zusammenfassung

Ennismore seeks a Rooms Controller for DELANO Dubai to coordinate room inventory, allocations and guest arrivals, collaborating with Front Office, Housekeeping and Reservations to ensure rooms meet guest preferences and luxury standards.

You will manage daily allocations, monitor inventory, and anticipate priorities, including VIP requests and early arrivals, while maintaining PMS accuracy and cross‑department communication in a fast‑paced, ultra‑luxury setting.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in Front Office, Rooms Control or Reservations within a luxury or lifestyle hotel.
• Strong understanding of room inventory, allocation and Front Office operations.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily room allocations, considering guest preferences, VIP status, special requests and operational requirements.
• Monitor room availability, status and inventory across systems.
• Review upcoming arrivals and departures, identifying priorities, early arrivals, room moves and special requirements.
• Coordinate room allocations for VIPs, repeat guests and special occasions, ensuring preferences are communicated and actioned.
• Work with Housekeeping and Front Office to monitor room status and release rooms efficiently.
• Maintain clear communication between Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations and other departments for smooth daily operations.
• Ensure room status, allocations, traces and guest profiles are accurately maintained in the PMS.
• Anticipate and resolve room-related challenges to deliver a seamless arrival experience.
• Support Front Office leadership in high-occupancy periods, room changes and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate handovers across shifts.
