Job summary

The First Group Hospitality in the UAE is seeking a Membership Hostess to create a warm, personalised experience for members and guests at the private club. You will welcome VIP guests, assist with enquiries, reservations, and events, and coordinate with front-of-house and operations to ensure flawless arrivals and departures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, concierge, front-of-house, private clubs, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and warmly greet members, guests, and visitors upon arrival.
• Create a friendly, engaging, and personalised experience for members.
• Assist with enquiries, bookings, reservations, and general information.
• Coordinate with front-of-house, hospitality, events, and operations teams.
• Support member onboarding and introduce new members to facilities and benefits.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, etiquette, cleanliness and service.
