The First Group Hospitality is seeking a Hostess to create a warm, engaging first impression for guests in our upscale Dubai dining venues. You will manage arrivals, seating, and reservations, ensuring smooth restaurant operations and excellent guest experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a Hostess or guest relations role, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Fluency in English and cultural awareness are essential in our diverse guest mix.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Hostess, Guest Relations, or customer-facing role, preferably within an upscale hotel or restaurant environment.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and engage guests warmly, creating a positive arrival experience.
• Manage reservations, seating plans, waitlists, and table allocations to optimize restaurant flow and guest comfort.
• Recognize returning and VIP guests, preferences, and special occasions to support personalized service.
• Communicate accurate waiting times and manage guest expectations professionally during peak periods.
• Coordinate with service and culinary teams to ensure smooth seating and efficient table turnover.
• Respond to guest enquiries regarding menus, offerings, promotions, and hotel facilities.
• Maintain accurate guest and reservation information; reflect brand standards in the reception area.
• Support guest feedback and service recovery, escalating concerns when required.
