Responsibilities

• Check VIP guest arrival reports before check-in and coordinate room allocations with Housekeeping.
• Manage special room assignments and suite occupancies for VIPs.
• Welcome VIP guests and guide them through check-in, escort to Executive Lounge and VIP room.
• Ensure VIP rooms meet quality standards and include requested amenities.
• Manage the Guest Relations Desk in the hotel lobby.
• Serve as main contact for VIP guests and brief hotel departments on VIP needs.
• Maintain inventory of guest amenities.
• Keep up-to-date with hotel products, services, pricing and VIP events.
