Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a Guest Relations Agent to join the Guest Relations team. You will meet and greet VIP guests, escort guests, and ensure flawless arrivals and fond farewells, while supporting the Front Office during peak periods.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a 5-star hotel environment (1 year in Front Office), is fluent in English, and ready to contribute to MOHG Legendary Quality Experiences. Local experience in UAE is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum senior school qualification.
• 2+ years in a 5-star hotel environment, including 1 year in Front Office.
• Proficient in English; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests, escort VIPs, and ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
• Support Front Office during peak periods; assist with inspections and amenity requests.
• Maintain guest records, preferences and billing processes.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints to create memorable experiences.
