Job summary

TAQAR CONSULTING CO. L.L.C is seeking a proactive VIP Client Operations Specialist to support high-value clients in Dubai. You will build strong relationships, deliver personalized service, and help maximize client satisfaction and retention.

Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required, with Mandarin as the primary working language. You will respond to inquiries across voice and written channels and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure premium service.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused VIP Client Operations Specialist to provide exceptional support to high-value clients. The successful candidate will build long-term client relationships, deliver personalized service, and contribute to client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients through professional and personalized support.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests, and feedback across voice and written communication channels.
• Deliver timely and effective solutions while ensuring a premium customer experience.
• Collect and communicate client feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement of products and services.
• Support customer engagement initiatives, promotional campaigns, and client retention activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written). Mandarin will be used as a primary working language.
• Previous experience in customer service, VIP support, account management, client relationship management, hospitality, or customer operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience supporting Mandarin-speaking clients or familiarity with the Chinese market is an advantage.
