This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent a world-class hospitality brand while engaging with VIPs dignitaries and high-profile guests in an international luxury environment.
As the first point of contact at exclusive events and official functions you will play a key role in delivering a refined welcoming and memorable guest experience aligned with global protocol and luxury service standards.
- Welcome and assist VIP guests with warmth professionalism and discretion
- Ensure smooth guest flow seating arrangements and event coordination
- Deliver personalized service by anticipating guest needs and preferences
- Uphold international etiquette and cultural protocol standards
- Liaise with hotel departments to ensure flawless execution of VIP events
- Manage guest lists RSVPs and confidential information
- Distribute event briefings and support operational communication
- Represent the hotel brand with poise elegance and impeccable conduct
- Advise guests on local customs and etiquette
- Previous experience in hospitality guest relations events or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; Russian and/or German speakers highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional appearance with a passion for luxury service
- Comfortable in fast-paced high-profile environments
- Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
- Minimum height requirement: 165 cm
Basic Salary: AED 5000 per month (approx. USD 1530 / EUR 1170)
