Wynn Al Marjan Island in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Manager - Butler Services to lead a dedicated team delivering world-class villa and VIP guest experiences. You will oversee arrivals, departures, guest requests, and in-villa services while maintaining impeccable standards and confidentiality.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive luxury guest services experience, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure flawless service for discerning guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality or guest services management.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role in a luxury property.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the Butler Services team to deliver world-class service.
• Oversee daily villa operations, including guest arrivals, departures, and in-villa experiences.
• Ensure all guest requests and special requirements are met promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and maintain villa presentation, cleanliness, and maintenance standards.
• Manage scheduling, task assignments, and performance evaluations for the villa team.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and expedite concerns as needed.
• Maintain records of guest preferences, service logs, and operational reports.
• Support inventory management and ordering of amenities and supplies.
• Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards.
• Provide VIP arrival and departure experiences for WMI guests.
• Oversee coordination with relevant departments to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Monitor quality standards, grooming, facilities presentation, and health and safety.
• Inspect VIP guestrooms and ensure follow-up on special requests.
• Assist in designing departmental training and operating procedures.
• Conduct daily briefings and oversee rosters and attendance.
