Job summary

St. Regis is seeking a dedicated guest services professional in Dubai to provide personalized service and anticipate guest needs. You will deliver coffee and tea on request, prepare notes on arrivals, and communicate guest preferences to the hotel operation.

Coordinate with the front desk for VIP escort, assist with check-ins, and ensure all details meet guest expectations. The role offers opportunities to collaborate with multiple departments and maintain the high standards of the St.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No related work experience.
• No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service and fulfill guest needs, including coffee and tea on request.
• Prepare notes of new arrivals and communicate guest preferences to hotel operations.
• Coordinate with front desk to prepare VIP rooms and assist with check-in/escort.
• Coordinate with front desk to escort VIP guests to rooms and assist guests with check-in.
• Complete pre-arrival flags and coordinate with reservations, sales, and other departments.
• Report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions to the manager.
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist guests with disabilities, and thank guests.
• Answer phones with clear, professional language and review written documents accurately.
• Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.
