Responsibilities

• Provide personalized guest service and anticipate needs with accuracy.
• Coordinate with front desk and other departments to prepare VIP rooms and pre-arrival notes.
• Escort VIP guests to rooms and ensure details meet guest expectations throughout their stay.
• Handle laundry requests and follow up on delivery to guests in a timely manner.
• Adhere to Marriott policies, protect assets, and maintain professional appearance.
