Job summary

Cognita in Dubai is seeking an experienced sales professional to manage the journey from enquiry to enrolment for prospective families. You will build a robust pipeline and drive conversions, collaborating closely with admissions, marketing and leadership to hit targets.

Fluency in Vietnamese and English is essential, with strong CRM experience and a proactive, international-minded approach to customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Fluent Vietnamese is essential, plus excellent English proficiency.
• Experience in sales, business development, admissions or relationship management.
• Track record of meeting commercial/ performance targets.
• CRM pipeline management experience (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume, target-driven environment.
• Proactive, resilient and commercially minded approach.
• Strong cultural awareness with international customers.

Requirements
