Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional attitude.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and route inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain clinic calendars.
• Handle data entry, filing, and document management tasks.
• Keep the reception area organized, clean, and presentable.
• Provide clients with basic information about clinic services and policies.
• Support daily administrative operations and assist the veterinary team as needed.
