The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of clinical experience with leadership exposure, excellent English communication, and MOCCAE UAE license eligibility.

Qualifications

OC Pets Veterinary Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Veterinary Doctor to join our dynamic team in Business Bay Dubai. In this senior role you will oversee clinical operations, mentor junior veterinarians, and deliver advanced diagnostic and treatment services across a wide range of cases. You will work with state-of-the-art medical equipment in our fully equipped facility handling everything from routine wellness examinations to complex surgical procedures and emergency cases.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5-7 years of clinical veterinary experience with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
• Valid veterinary license eligible for registration with MOCCAE or current UAE veterinary license
• Advanced proficiency in soft tissue and orthopedic surgery
• Extensive experience in internal medicine, diagnostics, and emergency care
• Strong knowledge of current veterinary practices, protocols, and medications
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and composure
• Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
• Proficiency with veterinary practice management software
• Commitment to continuing education and staying current with veterinary advancements
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and participate in on-call rotations
• Valid UAE driver's license preferred
