Job summary

ALSO is actively seeking a Product Category Manager / Vendor Manager to oversee vendor relationships and product portfolios, ensuring competitive pricing and supporting growth opportunities in the Dubai market.

Ideal candidates have a business or technology degree and experience with Microsoft solutions (365, Azure, Security, AI, Dynamics), plus knowledge of the UAE cloud reseller landscape. Hybrid work setup with an international team is offered.

Qualifications

• University or College degree in business or technology.
• Informative, structured, creative and service-oriented personality
• Adapt, cooperate and create relevant solutions
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft business solutions (365, Azure, Security, AI, Dynamics)
• Knowledge of the UAE Cloud reseller channel
• Integrity, independence and entrepreneurial spirit
• Strategic insight, analytic and creative thinking
• English and Arabic required

Responsibilities

• Put the Customer First!
• Key contact person for ALSO & Microsoft engagement.
• Negotiate rates/prices with vendors, responding to vendor requests
• Ensure that all living products are visible with correct specifications on ACMP
• Ensure that complaints routines and warranty conditions are updated
• Works closely with marketing and sales to ensure continuity in offering
• Undertake activities associated with improving market access and profitability
• Provide analysis that support development, promotion and market penetration
• External reporting to vendors according to given requirements
• Actively work to achieve efficiency in work routines with high quality standard
