Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a Sales Support - VAS to monitor KPI reports daily and coordinate vendor invoices. You will handle telesales for multiple products and services, while listening to customers’ questions and recording interactions accurately.

Qualifications

• In this role, you will monitor VAS KPI reports daily.
• Coordinate invoices with b2b vendors.
• Handle telesales for multi-products and services.
• Listen to customers' questions and provide accurate responses.
• Record details of Non-Dubizzle customer contacts and actions.
