Job summary

Compass Automatic Gear LLC in Dubai seeks a proactive automotive sales representative to develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, drive sales growth and brand loyalty. You will conduct regular market visits, identify customer needs and monitor competitor activities to keep the company competitive.

You will manage van stock, ensuring optimal levels and minimizing waste while maximizing product availability.

Qualifications

• Holds a valid UAE manual driving license and can operate vans for customer visits.
• Active Sharjah B2B network across garages, auto shops and retailers.
• Technical product knowledge: part numbers, specifications, compatibility.
• Fluency in English and Hindi/Urdu; Arabic is an asset.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of direct van or field sales experience in automotive sector.

Responsibilities

• Technical Product Knowledge: Unlike FMCG (food/beverage) sales, an automotive rep needs to understand component specifications, part numbers, and compatibility to avoid high product return rates.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi/Urdu and English is crucial for dealing with the majority of workshop managers and parts retailers in Sharjah; Arabic is a major advantageA bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in sales principles.
• At least 3 years of direct sales experience in a van sales or field sales roleFamiliarity with the Automotive industryStrong communication skills in English, with additional language proficiency seen as an asset for diverse customer bases.
