Qualifications

• Experienced Van Salesman to manage daily sales activities, customer visits, product distribution, order collection, and payment follow-up.
• Must have a Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Visit existing and potential customers regularly as per the assigned route.
• Promote and sell company products, spare parts, and aftermarket products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Collect customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Achieve assigned daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare quotations and provide product information to customers.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the Finance team where required.
• Ensure proper handling, loading, and delivery of products.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, sales, collections, and market activities.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Ensure the company vehicle/van and products are maintained and handled properly.
• Submit daily sales and collection reports to the Sales Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.
