XM is seeking a Partner Relations Manager who speaks Uzbek and Russian, with strong English skills, to develop retention strategies and nurture partner relationships. The role requires autonomous work ethic and ability to operate under pressure, in a dynamic environment in the UAE.

You will engage with partners, analyze behavior for upsell opportunities, and stay aligned with product promotions. The position is full-time and located in Dubai, UAE, offering international exposure and ongoing

Qualifications

• Degree in a business-related field.
• Experience in a similar position is advantageous.
• Fluent Uzbek and Russian with excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to build and maintain excellent business relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Target-oriented and resourceful.
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement partner retention strategies to enhance loyalty and lifetime value.
• Act as the main contact for Partners and provide personalised support.
• Monitor satisfaction and gather feedback to tailor initiatives.
• Analyse partner behaviour to uncover upsell opportunities.
• Stay updated on Company products and promotions and communicate them to Partners.
• Suggest platform improvements to Business Development teams.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in partner retention.
• Undertake other relevant tasks as assigned.

The Role:

We are looking for passionate and self-motivated professionals to join our Partner Relations Manager team.

Main responsibilities of the position include:

• Develop and implement Partner retention strategies as per the Company's overall strategy to enhance loyalty and maximise lifetime value
• Act as the main contact for Partners, fostering strong relationships through personalised support
• Monitor Partners' satisfaction, gather and utilise relevant feedback to improve experiences and tailor initiatives accordingly
• Analyse Partners' behavior to uncover opportunities for upselling and customisation of products and services
• Stay up to date on Company's products and marketing promotions and communicate them effectively to Partners
• Communicate ideas and suggestions for platform improvements to the Business Development teams
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and best practices in Partner retention, continuously seeking opportunities to improve the Company's retention efforts
• Undertake any other relevant task as assigned

Main requirements:

• Degree in a business-related field.
• Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
