XM in Dubai is seeking an Uzbek and Russian-speaking Client Relations Manager to build lasting client partnerships, handle inquiries and deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

You will analyze client needs, stay updated on product promotions, ensure compliance, and collaborate across departments to drive business development and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in a business-related field.
• Client handling experience in financial services is advantageous.
• Fluent Uzbek and Russian with excellent English.
• Reliable, with integrity of character.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dynamic, innovative and target oriented.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Valid work permit required.

Uzbek and Russian - Speaking Client Relations Managers

The Role:

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
• Handle client inquiries and ensure that high level service is provided.
• Perform personal clientele analysis and take actions as required.

• Contribute to the team effort by achieving targeted results.
• Cooperate effectively with other departments as necessary.

Main requirements:

• Degree in a business-related field.
• Client handling experience in the financial services sector will be considered an advantage.
• Fluent Uzbek and Russian speaker with excellent oral and written skills in English.
