Job summary

Sporty Group is scaling paid acquisition across its Betting, Entertainment, Games and Finance portfolio. We are seeking a Senior/Head of User Acquisition to own the global UA strategy and drive growth across mobile, paid social, paid search and programmatic channels.

You will lead a world-class UA team, optimize performance with CPA, LTV, and ROAS targets, and build testing frameworks. Collaboration with Product, BI, Creative, MarTech and Finance is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or User Acquisition.
• Proven leadership of large-scale paid acquisition programs and high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of attribution, incrementality, and LTV-based optimization.
• Experience managing significant acquisition budgets across Mobile, PPC, Paid Social, and Programmatic.
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into business decisions.
• Fluency in English.
