Job summary

One&Only The Palm in Dubai is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team. You will create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and deliver a seamless, memorable dining experience for every guest.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience in a 5* resort or hotel, strong F&B knowledge, and excellent communication in English. A second language is a plus; you will contribute to high-profile guest service and uphold resort standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in upscale 5* hotel/resort.
• Excellent personal and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly and ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and coordinate with kitchen and service team.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at the assigned station.
• Provide attentive, personalized service and build rapport with guests.
• Assist with special events and contribute to a seamless service floor.
