Job summary

One&Only Resorts in Dubai is seeking a Team Leader for the Food & Beverage team at One&Only The Palm. As Chef de Rang, you will provide professional, personalized service, oversee your section, and coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader in upscale 5-star hotels, resorts, or fine dining environments.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards and sequence of service.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide detailed menu recommendations when required.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Prepare and maintain mise-en-place and ensure the assigned section is fully set up before service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle requests and complaints professionally.
• Assist in delivery of special events, group bookings, and VIP dining experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards within the assigned section.
