Job summary

One&Only The Palm invites a dynamic Head Waiter/Head Waitress to lead service in our luxury restaurant. You will support the Restaurant Manager, supervise staff, and ensure flawless guest experiences with genuine hospitality.

The role requires 1–2 years in a 5* hotel or resort, strong F&B knowledge, and excellent English. Additional language skills are advantageous in our cosmopolitan Dubai environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment; strong F&B knowledge; excellent personal and interpersonal skills; fluent English required; additional language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supports Restaurant Manager and supervises staff to maintain service standards.
• Ensures mise-en-place is prepared and service runs smoothly.
• Delivers attentive, personalized hospitality to guests throughout dining experience.
• Maintains knowledge of menu items and beverage offerings to answer guest queries.
• Ensures restaurant space and equipment reflect the resort image and standards.
• Keeps open communication with team to handle requests and incidents promptly.
• Participates in required training and team events.
