Job summary

Kerzner International's One&Only The Palm Hotel in Dubai is seeking a Commis Waiter/Commis Waitress to join the Food & Beverage team. You will assist the Restaurant Manager to uphold resort standards and deliver guest service with warmth and precision.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience in upscale 5-star hotels or resorts, strong F&B knowledge, and excellent English. You should be a dynamic team player with superb interpersonal skills, ready to wow guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in upscale 5-star hotel/resort.
• Strong F&B knowledge.
• Excellent personal and interpersonal skills.
• English fluency; additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager to maintain resort standards.
• Supervise service staff to the highest professional standards.
• Ensure mise-en-place and guest hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene; communicate with guests and colleagues.
