Job summary

Radiant Hospitality Company in Dubai's vibrant dining scene seeks an experienced Waiter/Waitress to welcome guests, present menus, and guide recommendations from greeting to bill.

You will deliver dishes with accuracy, upsell specials, maintain cleanliness, and support teammates in a fast-paced, high-volume casual to upscale setting. This role requires 2+ years' experience, fluent English, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume casual or upscale-casual full-service restaurant.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, with excellent communication and guest-engagement skills.
• Hospitality diploma/degree is an asset, right to work in the United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and guide them through the food and beverage offering.
• Take orders, place with the kitchen, make confident recommendations and specials suggestions.
• Deliver dishes to seats, describe dishes with main components, and check guest satisfaction.
