Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a luxury hotel as VIP waiter/waitress preferred.
• Polished grooming and appearance according to brand standards.
• Flexible to weekend/holiday shifts as required.
• Fluency in English; extra languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet VIP guests with a Five‑styled welcome and ensure a sensational guest journey.
• Proactively remember guest preferences and maintain detailed guest history.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders; consider dietary requirements.
• Present menus and recommend items based on guest preferences and ingredient availability.
• Uphold Five’s standards and provide personalized service at all times.
• Ensure a seamless dining experience for VIP guests and handle special requests.
