Job summary

Halian in Abu Dhabi seeks a highly organized Project Executive to support technology and digital transformation projects. You will coordinate stakeholders, track activities, and maintain governance to keep initiatives on track.

Working with Project Managers, technical teams, clients and vendors, you will assist with planning, reporting, documentation, and delivery across a portfolio of initiatives. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of experience in technology project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience supporting projects within technology, digital transformation, software delivery, infrastructure, or professional services environments.
• Experience working within structured project delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.
• Track project progress and identify risks, issues, delays, and resource constraints.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, presentations, and governance packs for stakeholders.
• Assist with project forecasting, resource planning, and delivery tracking activities.
• Ensure project data remains accurate, current, and accessible.
• Coordinate activities between technical teams, business stakeholders, clients, and third-party vendors.
• Organise project meetings, workshops, steering committees, and governance sessions.
• Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes, and track follow-up actions through to completion.
• Manage onboarding activities, access requests, resource scheduling, and project logistics.
• Maintain clear communication channels across all project participants.
• Maintain project documentation, including RAID logs, action trackers, change requests, approvals, and project registers.
• Support requirements gathering sessions and document agreed scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure governance processes are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project milestones, approvals, dependencies, and decision logs.
• Maintain version control and document repositories.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment readiness activities, and project handovers.
• Monitor completion of project deliverables and track client approvals and sign-offs.
• Support project budgeting activities, purchase order tracking, invoicing documentation, and financial administration.
• Assist with project closure activities and lessons-learned exercises.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and project management standards.
