Job summary

The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Linen Supervisor to oversee linen operations, ensure stock accuracy, and coordinate with housekeeping, laundry, and procurement teams to maintain luxury standards.

You will supervise linen attendants, manage par levels, and uphold hygiene and safety procedures while supporting VIP services and event needs. Fluency in English is required, Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in linen, laundry, housekeeping, or a similar supervisory role.
• Experience in luxury hotels, private clubs, or high-end hospitality environments is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of linen management, stock control, and quality standards.
• Excellent organisational, counting, and inventory-management skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operation of the linen room and related storage areas.
• Manage receipt, sorting, storage, distribution, collection, and return of linen.
• Maintain records of linen stock, usage, losses, and replacements.
• Ensure supplies of bed linen, towels, table linen, uniforms, and guest textiles.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, laundry, hospitality, events, and procurement teams.
• Monitor linen inventories and inform management of replenishment needs.
• Support linen requirements for VIP visits and special events.
• Ensure linen is stored in a clean, organized, and secure environment.
