Job summary

The Emirates Group is seeking a Supply Chain Warehouse Officer to manage day-to-day operations of the Uniform Distribution Centre across multiple Dubai facilities. You will issue uniform items to Emirates employees according to entitlements and lead the inventory team to maintain stock levels in line with Procurement and Logistics policies.

Responsibilities include reviewing stock requisitions, supervising stocktakes, improving processes, and ensuring excellent service to internal departments

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in non-aircraft procurement.
• Experience in inventory management and stock control.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role within a large service organisation.
• Nice to have Oracle ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Issue uniform items to Emirates employees according to entitlements.
• Review requisitions and coordinate with buyers and suppliers to meet demand.
• Lead physical stocktakes, reconcile discrepancies and advise on actions.
• Ensure excellent customer service and professional representation of Uniform Stores.
• Maintain stock levels to minimise stockholding costs using monthly cycle counts.
• Identify and address daily operational issues and escalate as needed.
• Support projects within the Emirates Uniform Stores scope.
• Set and monitor workload objectives for reporting staff and ensure timely reviews.
