Job summary

Emirates Airlines is seeking a Supply Chain Warehouse Officer to manage the Uniform Distribution Centre across multiple Dubai facilities. You will issue uniforms to staff, lead an inventory team and ensure stock levels meet department needs while complying with procurement policies.

The role requires 5+ years in non-aircraft procurement, 3+ years in a supervisory position, and experience with inventory control.

Qualifications

• Degree or Honours qualification (12+3 or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in non-aircraft procurement.
• Experience in inventory management, stock control, data entry and record keeping.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a large service organisation.
• Experience with Oracle ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Issue uniform items to Emirates employees according to entitlements and arrange alterations as required.
• Review stock requisitions and monitor order status with buyers/suppliers.
• Lead physical stocktakes and address discrepancies with Management Accounts.
• Ensure stores staff provide excellent customer service and represent Uniform Stores well.
• Maintain stock levels to minimise holding costs using cycle count reports.
• Identify and address daily operational issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support projects within Emirates Uniform Stores scope.
• Set objectives for reporting employees and ensure timely appraisals.
