Job summary

Emirates Group in Dubai seeks a Supply Chain Warehouse Officer to run the Uniform Distribution Centre, issuing items to staff and leading the inventory team to maintain stock accuracy and service levels.

You will manage requisitions, oversee stock takes, monitor costs, and coordinate with multiple group facilities across Dubai, delivering reliable supply, strong customer service and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree or Honours qualification (12+3 or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in non-aircraft procurement.
• Experience in inventory management, stock control, data entry and record keeping, preferably in garments/textiles.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role within a large service organisation.
• Nice to have: Oracle ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Issuing uniform items to Emirates Group employees according to entitlements; manage adjustments as required.
• Review requisitions for stock purchases and monitor status with buyers/suppliers.
• Lead physical stocktakes and reconcile discrepancies; report to Procurement and Logistics Manager.
• Ensure frontline employees deliver excellent customer service and represent Uniform Stores positively.
• Maintain stock levels to minimise costs by analysing monthly cycle counts.
• Identify and address daily operational problems and escalate as needed.
• Support projects within Emirates Uniform Stores scope.
• Set and monitor team objectives; ensure workload balance and timely reviews.
