Job summary

TECCODD in Dubai seeks an experienced real estate executive to support the Vice President in growing the luxury property business and managing UHNWIs, developers, and institutional investors. You will lead high-value transactions and mentor a team of professionals to meet sales and service targets.

You will conduct market analysis, collaborate with marketing, legal and operations for smooth deal execution, and ensure strict adherence to RERA guidelines and ethics.

Qualifications

• 12+ years real estate experience with luxury segment exposure in the UAE.
• Deep understanding of Dubai's premium real estate landscape and buyer behavior.
• Proven track record in high-value deal-making and relationship management.
• Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate or related field; MBA preferred.
• RERA certification or eligibility is highly preferred.
