Job summary

Emirates Group is seeking a National Talent Manager to lead UAE Nationals career enablement and align with Emiratisation strategies. The role focuses on transitioning trainees, internal mobility, and workforce planning while partnering with HR BPs, Learning & Talent, and business leaders.

You will monitor progress, provide insights on retention and progression, and drive capability-building programs across functions to support UAEN career growth within Emirates Group.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience in talent management, career counselling or related HR specialist area.
• Knowledge of the UAE Emiratisation agenda.
• Experience designing or supporting people development initiatives and succession planning.
• Experience delivering HR change initiatives with strong influencing skills.
• Ability to work with senior management and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Bridge Emiratisation strategy with business, translating strategy into actionable career enablement for UAEN employees.
• Oversee transitions of trainees into full-time roles and provide career advocacy and guidance.
• Maintain career profiles for UAENs to enable internal mobility and workforce planning insights.
• Provide data-driven insights on UAEN progression, engagement risks, and feedback to stakeholders.
• Collaborate to translate UAEN career needs into targeted capability-building programs.
• Build relationships with line managers and business leaders to champion UAEN talent and enable internal opportunities.
• Lead and coach National Talent Partners to deliver tailored career enablement.
