Job summary

noon is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to lead UAE national hiring across departments and align with Emiratization targets. You will build pipelines, manage end-to-end Emirati recruitment, and oversee the Graduate Trainee Programme.

You'll also handle grievances for Emirati staff, drive Emiratization initiatives, and report metrics to MoHRE and Nafis while promoting noon’s employer brand in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in talent acquisition with Emiratization exposure.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MoHRE and Nafis requirements.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels.
• Experience delivering HR process improvements and ensuring compliance.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire UAE National talent.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Emirati candidates from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build a strong UAE National talent pipeline via universities, career fairs, Nafis, and partnerships.
• Lead the Graduate Trainee Programme, including selection and development plans.
• Serve as a contact for Emirati employee grievances, ensuring prompt, fair handling.
• Drive Emiratization projects and track hiring metrics for MoHRE and Nafis compliance.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience and promote noon’s employer brand.
