Salt in Dubai seeks a Senior Manager – Emiratisation to lead Emiratisation initiatives across the organisation, building sustainable talent pipelines and strengthening attraction, development, retention, and career progression.

You will partner with business leaders, universities, and government bodies to align strategy with UAEN objectives, track outcomes, and deliver long-term workforce value. This is a strategic leadership role with organisational impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across HR, talent management, workforce planning, organisational development, or Emiratisation in UAEN context.
• Proven experience designing and delivering Emiratisation programmes covering attraction, development, retention, succession and career progression.
• Strong understanding of the talent landscape and Emiratisation frameworks with the ability to translate strategy into practical workforce initiatives.
• Confident stakeholder manager with experience influencing senior leaders, business heads, external partners, and government-related stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and programme management capability to measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; professional HR qualifications would be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Shape and deliver a forward-looking Emiratisation strategy aligned with organisational priorities and UAEN objectives.
• Build strong talent pipelines through sourcing, graduate programmes, internships, career pathways, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to identify gaps and create practical Emiratisation plans across functions and levels.
• Strengthen retention and progression by introducing development programmes, mentoring, mobility opportunities, and clear pathways for Emirati talent.
• Develop relationships with universities, government entities, career platforms, and external partners to strengthen talent attraction and employer visibility.
• Track Emiratisation performance and key talent metrics, providing senior leadership with insights and recommendations.
