Qualifications

Strong VAT/Indirect Tax advisory experience.
UAE/Dubai market knowledge essential.
Technical UAE VAT expertise and advisory practice leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead complex UAE VAT and Indirect Tax Advisory engagements.
Manage relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, Tax Heads, and senior stakeholders.
Develop and grow the UAE VAT Advisory practice and service offering.
Identify new business opportunities and support pitches and proposals.
Oversee technical quality and delivery of client engagements.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing VAT team.
Drive revenue, profitability, utilisation, and overall practice performance.
Stay updated on UAE VAT, FTA guidance, and GCC tax developments.
