Mogi I/O is seeking a VAT Director - Tax Advisory in Dubai to lead UAE VAT engagements, develop senior client relationships, and drive practice growth. The role combines technical VAT leadership with business development and team-building across a fast‑moving advisory practice.

The ideal candidate will have extensive UAE VAT expertise, strong leadership, and a proven track record in delivering high‑quality indirect tax advice to C‑level clients throughout the UAE market.

• Ability to manage senior client relationships and revenue growth.

• Lead complex UAE VAT and Tax Advisory engagements across varied industries.
• Advise clients on VAT treatment, indirect tax exposure, transaction implications, operations, and regulatory requirements.
• Interpret UAE VAT legislation and FTA guidance and translate into practical advice.
• Manage relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, Heads of Tax, and other senior stakeholders.
• Lead proposals, client presentations, engagement scoping, pricing discussions, and negotiations.
