Responsibilities

• Lead technically demanding UAE VAT and Tax Advisory assignments with complex transactions and structures.
• Advise clients on VAT implications, tax exposure, and practical remediation measures.
• Interpret UAE VAT legislation and FTA guidance for commercial application.
• Provide senior technical judgment on significant VAT positions.
• Build trusted CFO and senior executive relationships.
• Expand the UAE VAT Advisory practice through market development.
