Job summary

Commercial Bank of Dubai is seeking an experienced leader to own Lending Product Strategy within Wholesale Banking. You will design end-to-end workflows, SOPs and governance that scale lending products from origination to booking and post-booking management, while ensuring regulatory and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or related discipline.
• Master’s degree / MBA / professional qualification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of UAE/GCC banking environment, wholesale banking products and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lending Product Strategy, Portfolio Ownership and Commercial Delivery with a clear product roadmap.
• Develop and implement end-to-end workflows, SOPs and governance across origination, pricing, approvals and booking.
• Design target-state processes with clear roles across Coverage, Product, Credit, Legal, Operations and Compliance.
• Establish governance routines for performance, pipeline health, and deal execution with risk controls.
• Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Risk and Finance to enhance MIS and automate workflows from origination to post-booking.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or related discipline
